Any delivery dates provided are best estimates only. We will make every effort to make sure goods are delivered on time, however we will not be held liable for any unforeseen delivery delays.

Free UK delivery - To make your purchasing choice as simple as possible, all quoted prices on this site include the cost of UK delivery.

There will be no additional hidden charges added during the checkout process for standard delivery.
However, if we are requested to re-deliver any goods following a failed delivery, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for such re-delivery.

Republic Of Ireland Delivery - A charge will apply for delivery to addresses in the Republic Of Ireland.
The delivery charge may vary depending on the physical weight of the items to be delivered.
This charge will be added during the checkout process and you will have the opportunity to review the total cost before completing your purchase.

The total delivery time for your item will depend on the day your order is received, and also the time of day. Once cleared payment has been received for your order, it will enter our order fulfilment queue. Our physical shop is open Monday to Friday, except UK public holidays.

Orders received over the weekend, or on a UK public holiday, will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Orders received on a working day, before midday, will usually be processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders received on a working day, after midday, may still be processed and dispatched on the same day, but if not, will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

We recommend that you place your order by 18th December. Orders placed after this date may still arrive on or before 24th December, but cannot be guaranteed to do so.
