We endevour to provide our customers with top quality goods on every occasion. However on very rare occasions, these goods may turn out to be faulty or defective.

Responsibility for the faulty goods will rest with the manufacturer in the case of new or factory refurbished goods.
In the event of a fault we will direct you to the relevant manufacturer.

Items which are provided as second-user and have been reconditioned by SnazzyIT / Torrens Training and IT Services will have a warranty provided by ourselves, for a period of time specified in the item description.

Under the terms of the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of your order being submitted.

Customers must contact us in writing to request return of an item.
The customer should not return an item until written agreement for the return is received.

Items to be returned must be in a saleable condition, with no damage or signs of wear and tear.
Responsibility for returning the item to us, and the cost incurred in doing so, will rest with the customer.
Items must be well packed in the original packing materials.

We request that you return the item to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This delivery option will ensure that the item is received by us within one working day, and also includes sufficient insurance in case of damage during transit.
